Bagel Bites- Low Carb, Anti-inflammatory

RECIPE
The 2 main ingredients:
-2 cups almond flour
-1 cup Greek yogurt
Spices:
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp dried chives
1/4 top cayenne pepper
1 tbsp psyllium husk
everything bagel seasoning
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a bowl, mix evenly.
Knead for 3-5 minutes.
Roll into 6 evenly balls then flatten into a bagel shape, poking a hole through the middle.
Place on greased parchment paper. Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes.
