Chocolate Melt Cloud Bread
Is it bread? Not really.
Will I absolutely make it again? Absolutely yes.
Ingredients
- 4 egg whites
- 2-3 tablespoons allulose, or powdered sweetener of choice
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
- Whip the egg whites until medium peaks form.
- Add the allulose and cornstarch. Continue whipping until stiff peaks form. This step is a must.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
- Line a baking sheet or dish with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly.
- Top with a few extra chocolate chips if desired.
- Bake at 315°F for 35-40 minutes, until lightly golden on top.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
