Chocolate Melt Cloud Bread

Ingredients

  • 4 egg whites
  • 2-3 tablespoons allulose, or powdered sweetener of choice
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
  2. Whip the egg whites until medium peaks form.
  3. Add the allulose and cornstarch. Continue whipping until stiff peaks form. This step is a must.
  4. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Line a baking sheet or dish with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly.
  6. Top with a few extra chocolate chips if desired.
  7. Bake at 315°F for 35-40 minutes, until lightly golden on top.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
