The easiest weight loss wraps I have ever made, and they are approved for the active phase of the CWLI program. No gluten, no dairy, and so good I am not buying store wraps any time soon.
When you are actively trying to lose weight, the question has to shift from “how many calories is this” to “how much nutrition can I fit into every bite.” Every bite should work for you.
This wrap combines two of the most important nutrients for fat loss:
- Protein to support lean muscle, metabolism, and fullness.
- Fiber to stabilize blood sugar, support digestion, and help your body clear hormones.
Ingredients
- 3 heaping tablespoons oats
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 eggs
- Everything bagel seasoning
Instructions
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. I greased mine with a little cooking spray just to be safe.
- Spread the oats evenly across the pan.
- Drizzle the water evenly over the oats.
- Let the oats toast for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add the eggs and spread them evenly over the oats.
- Season with everything bagel seasoning.
- Lower the heat and cook for 3 to 5 minutes, until golden and crispy.
- Fill with your favorite protein, veggies, and healthy toppings.
