High Fiber Jelly for weight loss and gut healing.

This is now part of my regular prep, and I am consuming it daily. You can double or triple the recipe and keep it in the fridge for several days.

RECIPE:

  • 6 oz real cranberry juice, with no added sugar
  • 2 tbsp psyllium husk
  • Optional: local honey for sweetness

Mix well and let sit for 5-10 minutes, until it thickens into a jelly consistency.

It is important to choose real juice without added sugar, or juice your own. I recommend cranberry juice because it naturally contains polyphenols that support gut, urinary tract, and kidney health.

Optional serving idea: mix with Greek yogurt, then add blueberries or a little local honey if desired.
