Home Made Crispy Crackers- Gluten and Dairy Free
RECIPE:
, 1 cup pumpkin seeds, 1/3 cup sesame seeds
, 3/4 cup sunflower seeds, 1/2 cup crunchy roasted lentils OR dry roasted edamame OR crunchy chick peas.
, 2 tbsp psyllium husk. I used the whole husk by Organic India (!! don’t leave out, it’s the binding ingredient and also good soluble fiber!!)
, 1 tbsp ground flax seeds, 1 tbsp chia, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (use less if you don’t tolerate spicy)
, 1.5 cups boiling bone broth OR water
, everything bagel seasoning to sprinkle on top
Instructions: Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
Pour in boiling broth and mix until combined and keep mixing for a few extra seconds until it starts to thicken slightly.
Spread on baking sheet lined with parchment paper as thin as possibly. The thinner, the crispier the crackers. Spread everything bagel seasoning for extra flavor (optional).
Bake at 315 for 40-50 minutes until crispy! Let cool for an hour then enjoy with your fave dip.
Keep in air tight container!
